A registered massage therapist (RMT) is a therapist who is trained and certified to deliver massages for rehabilitation, pain relief, and relaxation.
At Manual Works, our RMTs have extensive experience working with many different clients, including professional athletes and Olympians. They also have expertise across other disciplines like custom knee bracing and acupuncture.
How long are massage therapy sessions?
Manual Works offers 30-minute and 60-minute massage therapy sessions. You can choose what length suits you or talk to our RMTs to decide what length works best for your needs.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral for massage therapy. However, a doctor’s referral may be needed if you would like to have the session covered by your private health insurance plan. We recommend you check your health plan.
